This recipe belongs to my Brazilian friend Karina. It is a little bit different then Turkish cakes but I believe that you will like it.
3 eggs entire
2 cups (tea) cornmeal
4 cups (tea) milk
30 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
1 + 1 / 2 spoon (soup) wheat flour
3 cups (tea) sugar
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
1 spoon (soup) of oil
1 spoon (soup) baking powder
a little grated coconut
2 cups (tea) cornmeal
4 cups (tea) milk
30 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
1 + 1 / 2 spoon (soup) wheat flour
3 cups (tea) sugar
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
1 spoon (soup) of oil
1 spoon (soup) baking powder
a little grated coconut
Recipe:
In a cup add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, coconut and Parmesan cheese then mix them. In another cup add eggs, sugar, butter, vegetable oil and milk stir them until getting a spoon. Add first cup into this mixture slowly and mix them together. Pour this mixture into a cake pan and bake 25 to 35 min. at 350 F.
Enjoy it...
