Cheese Filled Pumpkin Roll
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 block cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl beat granulated sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt with electric mixer until smooth. Beat 1 minute more, stir in pumpkin until combined.
spread batter evenly in prepared baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Turn cake out onto clean linen towel sprinkled with powered sugar. Carefully remove wax paper. Starting at narrow end, roll up towel and cake together. Cool completely.
Meanwhile prepare filling. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, powered sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chopped walnuts, if desired.
Unroll cake and spread with filling. Roll up without towel this time; transfer to serving platter. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Cut into slices to serve.

Sweet Semolina: Halva
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina flour
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 chopped almonds
Syrup:
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1 cup sugar
Recipe:
Heat oil in a medium pot on medium-high heat. Add the semolina, almonds,cinnamon and lemon zest stir constantly until the cooked and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
In a small pot, mix the water, milk sugar. Place on high heat and bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium-high heat an simmer until sugar has dissolved, about 6 minutes. Carefully, pour the syrup over the semolina and stir until well blended. Cover the pot and let sit to absorb, about 10 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into 3 1/2 to 4-ounce ramekins and let cool. Enjoy it...

Fried Bread
Easy and delicious bruschetta...
1 French Bread that is cut into slices
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup grated classic Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 spoon vegetable oil
1/2 sliced sousage
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprica
Recipe:
In a medium bowl mix stirred egg, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, sousage, vegetable oil together . Add chopped parsley, salt, pepper and paprica.
Combine all and spread 1 tbsp mixture to each slice and place them on baking tray. Broil these in low preheated oven until they get golden brown color and toasty. Enjoy it...

Homemade Bread Crumbs
You can recycle old breads to do that at first we need to slice them into small peaces. Second, we must place them in an oven tray to broil at low heat about 15 minutes. Lastly, we need to chopp them in a food processor into small peaces. You can use these bread crumbs to make meatballs and cakes.

Apple Cookie Rolls
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
4 spoon sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 spoon yogurt
1 tablespoon baking powder
2,5 cup flour
Filling:
2 Golden apples
1 cup power sugar1/2 cup crushed walnut or pecan
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Recipe:
Add butter (at room temperature), vegetable oil, sugar, yogurt and egg in a large bowl. Add slowly flour and baking powder into the mixture. Knead for 5-6 minutes. Then, rest the dough.
Meanwhile, peel and grate the apples. Stir apples and powdered sugar 10 minutes and cook at medium- heat.When, they turn brown color, add then stir cinnamon and walnut or pecan.
Cut the dough into 3 peaces. Flatten each dough with a roller about surface of a platter. Then, cut the dough into 8 peaces and put 1 tbsp. filling to the wide side of each peace and roll them. Put these peaces into a greased tray. Preheat the oven 350F and bake them about 15-20 minutes until they get light brown color. After 5 or 6 minutes, sprinkle powdered sugar onto each peaces. They are ready for serving.

Homemade Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups white flour
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
4 spoon vegetable oil
2 homemade bread
Recipe:
If the dough kneaded by hand, first mix flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Second add milk, water and vegetable oil then knead 7- 8 minutes. Dough should be soft and can be given shape easily. Let rise the dough 1 hour and close it with a cover. Divide the dough into two equal parts then roll each parts as 20cm long. Put the rolls side by side into oily baking tray. Let wait for half an hour in the tray. Cook it in a pre-heated (375 F) oven for 20 or 25 minutes.
